The Mainnet Faucet, the Self identity verification protocol, the Celo blockchain integration, and all related interfaces and services are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted availability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no party assumes any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any losses or costs of any kind, including lost funds, failed or delayed transactions, network congestion, smart contract errors, third-party wallet issues, user-entered incorrect addresses, loss of access to private keys, or any reliance placed on information presented in connection with this program.
User responsibility.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Web3 wallet, your private keys and recovery phrases, and the accuracy of the wallet address you submit. Tokens sent to an incorrect, incompatible, or testnet address cannot be recovered by any party.
Governing terms.
Use of USA₮ is subject to Tether's terms and brand usage guidelines published at usat.io. Use of the faucet and identity verification is subject to Self's terms and conditions. This program is also subject to applicable law, including any future regulations issued under the GENIUS Act of 2025.
Right to pause, cap, or modify.
The parties reserve the right, at any time and in their sole discretion, with or without notice, to pause, suspend, throttle, rate-limit, or terminate the program in whole or in part; to impose, adjust, or remove daily caps, per-user caps, per-address caps, or aggregate caps; and to modify reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or any other program parameter. The program may end at any time and no party is obligated to continue making rewards available.
Who can access the information?
Only the user controls access to their information. With Self, all personal data and credentials are stored locally on the user’s device - not on a central server. No one (incl. Self) can access the information unless the user chooses to disclose it. When a user shares a proof (e.g., age or country), they share only that specific fact - not their full identity or any documents. ⇒ Privacy is built in. Disclosure consent is required.
