Our Collection of Personal Information

We collect a variety of information that you provide to us. The specific types of information we collect will depend upon your use and engagement with the Services. Some Personal Information that you provide to us is required for the use of the Services. However other Personal Information may be optional. We also collect certain information automatically.

Personal Identifying Information: If you register to create an account to use the Services or when you use the Wallet Mapping Services, we may collect Personal Information to allow you to use these Services. When you register, you may provide us with your name, password, email address, phone number, social media handle(s), wallet address, account history, or other information necessary to create and maintain your account or profile.
Information from Your Biometric Passport: If you use the Identity Verification Services to generate Disclosure Proofs, the Application on your Device may retain encrypted biometric data from your eligible biometric passport. We do not have the ability to access, decipher, or read this encrypted biometric data.
Financial Information: We may collect personal information and details associated with your transactions with the Services, for example, your wallet address.
Correspondence with You: We may collect any correspondence that you send to us and any personal information contained therein, such as email address, phone number, social media handles, or mailing address when you email, message, call, or write to us.
Information Provided for Promotions: We may collect personal information from individuals who wish to receive promotional materials (newsletters, blogs, emails, press releases, etc.), from individuals who participate in hackathons, competitions, and other promotional activities, from individuals who attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events, and from individuals who participate in surveys or questionnaires we issue.
Information Provided for Business Relationships and Employment: We may collect personal information from individuals who are seeking a business relationship, strategic collaboration, contractual engagement, or employment with us.
Personal Information We Collect Automatically: We may automatically collect certain information when you access or use the Services, including cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies, Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, mobile carrier and other unique identifiers, browser or Device information, Device event information, crash data, location information, blockchain information, and related information.
Personal Information We Receive from Others: We may collect information about you from third parties, such as marketing partners, family members, and friends.

In order to provide the Services, we must share your Personal Information in certain cases. This includes sharing your Personal Information within our subsidiaries and affiliates, with our Service Providers and the other third-parties listed herein. We do not sell your Personal Information.
Subsidiaries and Affiliates: We may disclose Personal Information about you to our affiliates and subsidiaries, if any, for the purpose of providing the Services and conducting business.
Service Providers: We may share your Personal Information with third-party Service Providers that we work with for the purpose of providing the Services such as hosting, maintenance, network management, cybersecurity and support. These Service Providers may have access to or process your Personal Information as part of providing those services to us.

External Linked Third-Parties: Your Personal Information may be disclosed to external linked third-parties when you have requested to interact with a Third-Party Service or platform that is linked to our Services or utilizes our Services.

Right to Access or Right to Know: You have the right to obtain access to the Personal Information we hold about you and to request certain information about our processing. You have the right to receive an explanation of (i) why we process your Personal Information, (ii) the categories of Personal Information we have about you, (iii) who we share your Personal Information with, (iv) how long we store your Personal Information and (v) who we received your Personal Information from if it was not collected from you directly. Children’s Privacy: The Services are not directed to children under eighteen (18) (eighteen) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
